BACKGROUND: According to Arkham -- "Well the orginal story is that England (before he was turned into a baby) was mad at America and was trying to use his magic to turn America into a forced baby situation, so he could take care of him and humiliate him, but his spell backfired, and England was turned into the baby so the locks and such were there because England was going to force America to be the Baby, it was never Americas plan, but after England became Babyfyed America felt as if he had no choice but to take care of him, he couldnt just leave him in that state alone, so he, as per the spanking, well England now keeps wanting to reverse the spell, but America has put away all hos magic things on a top shelf out of reach, America knows he is not very good with magic and is afraid he will hurt himself so when England tried stacking boxes to reach his magic things, America caught him and spanked him good and hard to make sure he would not try that again."
